During the control carried out by the RA Nature Protection and Subsoil Inspection Authority between February 27 and March 10, 2023, 71 cases were recorded, of which 9 cases resulted in damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 23,676,644, and AMD 450,000 was assigned in 9 casesю
In 5 previously recorded cases, environmental damage in the amount of AMD 2,383,000 was calculated, in 22 cases an administrative fine of AMD 1,400,000 was imposed.
In particular
Field of protection of the plant world
38 cases were registered, out of which 36 damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 23,347,600 was calculated.
In 5 previously recorded cases, damage to the environment was calculated in the amount of 2,383,000 AMD, and in 2, administrative fines in the amount of 200,000 AMD were imposed.
Wildlife conservation sector
3 cases were registered, 2 of which caused damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 24,000.
An administrative fine in the amount of AMD 150,000 was imposed for 1 previously recorded case.
Areas of air and water protection, waste disposal, land use and conservation
13 cases were recorded, out of which 1 resulted in damages to the environment in the amount of AMD 305,044, and in 4, administrative fines in the amount of AMD 200,000 were imposed.
An administrative fine of AMD 550,000 was imposed for 9 previously recorded cases.
Failure to submit reports on time
17 cases were recorded, of which 5 administrative fines in the amount of 250,000 AMD were imposed.
An administrative fine of AMD 500,000 was imposed for 10 previously recorded cases.
7 cases (total: 692,306 AMD) were sent to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the specified period, 891,000 AMD were transferred to the RA state budget.
Regarding inspections
During the reporting period, 18 orders to carry out inspections were given by the head of the BTU.
Based on the results of 3 inspections carried out previously, 7 decisions on administrative fines were made in the amount of 880,000 AMD, and damage to nature was calculated in 1, in the amount of 765,000 AMD.
